Absolutely delighted. I have recently had a gas fire and fireplace installed by West Country Fires of Totton and am delighted with the finished product. Following a survey by Tim; Stuart and Liam came out to do the install and were meticulous in their building of the chimney breast, fireplace and fire installation. All done with the minimum of disruption. If you’re in the market for a new fire they have a great selection and have been great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Very professional and efficient from start to finish. We wanted a small contemporary fire for our snug in a modern house. Fitted an external chimney over our cladding. Glass “tear drop” hearth was a great way to finish the look.
Installation was clean and tidy and took time to explain how best to use it.
Room is warm and cosy in minutes and saves heating the whole house!

We recently approached West Country Fires to have the existing decommissioned gas fire removed and a log burner installed. Tim, Darren and the installation team were extremely quick and helpful in getting a very competitive quote through, and assisting with any queries and redesign ideas we requested.
